No better investment than you

Rather than putting yourself second or third or even last because you “don’t have time, ” learn to live effective minutes before you run out of time. Choose short-term effort over a lifetime of pressure.

Does this sound familiar?

I’m working longer and longer hours with mediocre results.
I run all day long then collapse exhausted into bed at night.
I’ve got no time or energy to exercise.
There’s too little time and energy for the kids and my partner.
There’s not enough time to see my friends.
All my spare time is taken up doing chores.

Bottom of the list

With all of life’s demands we are often at the bottom of the list, which causes increasing stress, not only on you, but also on all those close to you. We have to get back to the top of our list – or for some, get back ON the list.

What’s NOT the Solution

To say “I don’t have time” is NOT the solution.

By making this statement, we are saying we don’t have time to work on a way to have the best life possible. We cannot afford to not take this time now, because as life goes on, the pressure compounds and so do the consequences of doing nothing.

The Solution

It begins with Taking Responsibility by implementing a few steps that will reduce the pressure of life: a bit of short-term effort, as opposed to a lifetime of pressure. It’s about delivering on the promises you make to yourself.

Everyone wishes his or her dreams would come true. Everyone wishes to have as much as possible and for his or her life to improve. Imagine what it would be like to live the life you wanted and that you were fulfilled. Now stop imagining, stop wishing and stop wanting and start learning how.

Taking Responsibility to be Personally Effective and fulfilled is a wise investment in you. We work hard to invest in property, shares, relationships and holidays.
But, I can think of no better place to invest first, than in YOU!

I totally agree Christina. We often leave ourselves at the bottom of the list, but it is important to stay at the top of our list.
